Building an LXP (Learning Experience Platform)

Our client had become disillusioned with LMS products and providers and needed something to fit their business.

In response, we …

  • Created the LXP architecture for communication, career, performance, learning, onboarding and reporting.

  • Connected the client with an external digital agency.

  • Provided project management support.

  • Launched the platform to all employees.

Translating Organisational Strategy Into Action

Our client wanted to deliver on their strategic initiatives over the next 12-months. 

In response, we … 

  • Interviewed stakeholders and provided recommendations on strategy, structure, project management and resourcing.

  • Worked with the Head of Strategy to refine the strategy and guiding principles.

Developing KPI’s For All Technical & Support Roles

Our client wanted to improve KPI’s for all roles, i.e., there were too many KPI’s, some were too operational and some were not measurable … resulting in quarterly and annual reviews being a ‘tick-the-box’ activity.

  • Interviewed all roles and their managers and co-created a new set of KPI’s for each role.

  • Integrated KPI’s in performance and development processes.
