JANA
Tonka Learning started the JANA partnership in 2020 and continues to provide strategic counsel and leadership development to their emerging and formal leaders. JANA is a leading asset consulting group, providing customised global consulting to Australian and New Zealand investors. JANA has over 140 employees across their Melbourne and Sydney offices.
Leadership Development:
The design, delivery and support of a long-term People Leader Program, targeted to all leaders, including executive and emerging People Leaders. This program is modular in format, with each module requiring 6-months of activity, including group workshops, group coaching, action learning projects and formal assessment. These modules are:
People Leader Foundations (emotional intelligence and personal productivity).
People Leader Growth (feedback and coaching).
Managing Teams (group dynamics/PRISM profile and facilitation for shared voice).
Managing Teams Through Change (storytelling and a framework for change).
Courageous Conversations (structuring and holding the conversation, including planned and on the run).
Strategy & Culture:
Design and facilitation of a variety of strategy workshops, i.e., annual strategic planning, sustainability and the team charter for the new executive team.
Stakeholder interviews to explore group ownership/buy-in of the organisational strategy.
Working on the organisational strategy, both messaging and content, i.e., purpose, vision, mission, values and strategic priorities.
Key Deliverables
90% satisfaction levels from our audiences.
70% uplift in specific leadership capabilities as measured 45-days post training through a 180-degree feedback mechanism.
Improvement in employee engagement, specifically relating to leaders and leadership capability.
The creation of a new course, Courageous Conversations.
Positive role-modelling and workshop attendance at the executive level.
Improved ownership and buy-in on the organisational strategy.
